How to submit — RES.NET

Steps: 1) Find your property (search by address or Property ID; if you cannot find it, contact the listing agent or RES.NET support at (800) 760-7036 / support@res.net for a direct link). 2) Log in or create an account. 3) Make your offer. Attach your documents (proof of funds, pre-approval, purchase agreement) on the offer form - these are visible only to the listing and buyer agents (not the seller) and can be added later. The listing agent uploads the full contract package to the seller; as the buyer agent you only deliver the buyer-signed contracts to the listing agent. Sellers typically respond in 48-72 hours.
